Our lambs are a unique cross of a meat breed and wool breed. This means our lambs are a little on the smaller side, but still have excellent flavor. We start them as bottle lambs and raise them to be finished in the fall. If you are looking to add a little variety to your freezer, try a half of a lamb, you won't regret it!
